I. USER CONDUCT

Our services can only be used for lawful purposes, any use of the services that violates any law that may apply to STREAMINGHD, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction to which you are subject, is strictly prohibited. This means that while using the service, you may NOT:

The activities that under no circumstances will be allowed on the Servers and/or services provided by STREAMINGHD are the following:

III.- CONTRACT DURATION

This agreement between STREAMINGHD and the client will have an indefinite duration and does not set dates for the termination of the service unless requested by the client. The client has no obligation to continue with the services and is free to terminate the service whenever they deem it appropriate. Similarly, STREAMINGHD can terminate the service in the case of non-compliance with what is stipulated in this electronic document, and there will be no refund of any money paid.

IV.- SERVICES

STREAMINGHD will provide the client, who accepts for themselves, a service of development, hosting, domains, streaming, VPS, and related services, according to the conditions detailed in the plan contracted, and by this act, are known and accepted by the contracting parties. STREAMINGHD declares to host its services in different data centers located in Chile and/or around the world, according to their availability and technical feasibility.

V.- FORTUITOUS EVENTS

STREAMINGHD will not be responsible under any circumstances for the following reasons:

VI.- UNLIMITED SERVICES

Every unlimited service contracted in STREAMINGHD will not be supervised by our company, meaning you can use the maximum allowed according to the resources and connectivity available for the server. If it were to affect other clients within the server, these would be restricted to ensure the continuity and improvement of the service provided.

VII.- MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

STREAMINGHD will offer a full money-back guarantee to the client if any technical inconvenience arises from our services within the first 10 days from the purchase date. This benefit is not applicable to web development services or mobile application development.

STREAMINGHD will not make any refunds for using 100% of their monthly bandwidth (Bandwidth), buyer's remorse, or any other reason on the part of the client.

VIII.- RATES, CHARGES, AND PAYMENTS

The rates published on the website https://streaminghd.cl must be respected for the client, however, STREAMINGHD has the right to modify its price list as it deems appropriate.

Charges for additional services are accepted by the client, in no case can STREAMINGHD increase the price for "Additional charges" without evaluating them as proportional to the current service, that is, at the client's request.

Payments for services are made on a recurring basis or as a single payment according to the agreement and the type of service contracted. If recurring, every month the client is issued an invoice with a notice of 7 days before its expiration with the total amount to be paid for the service. Once the invoice expires, STREAMINGHD has the right to suspend the contracted service.

If the client has arrears or outstanding debts with STREAMINGHD, this will be grounds for suspension and/or termination of the service.

The client may request a payment extension for necessary reasons (only once); this does not include specific services that work with payments for commercial licenses to external businesses. In this case, STREAMINGHD has the right to charge for the outstanding days due to non-payment, making a timely surcharge according to the Chilean consumer law.

Every invoice issued by STREAMINGHD must be accepted by the client. In case of rejection of the invoice, the client is responsible for informing the reason for the rejection through the official communication channels of STREAMINGHD. These can be by email (contacto@streaminghd.cl) or ticket in the client portal to the commercial area.

IX.- MODIFICATION OF SERVICE PLANS GRID

STREAMINGHD has the right to modify the features of the plans as it deems appropriate. For clients with current plans, the features of the contracted plan must be respected according to their billing cycle. This means that for a client with a monthly cycle, their plan can be modified in the renewal period of each month.

X.- BANDWIDTH

Bandwidth consumption is monthly and is counted from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Every month, the consumption is automatically reset, which happens on the first day of each month at 0:00. Bandwidth measures the consumption of transmission Kbps + Concurrent Viewers + Transmission Time. If the client uses up all their bandwidth according to their plan, their account will be suspended until the next monthly renewal.

XI.- DEMO PLANS

The sole purpose of the demo plans is for clients to test the quality of our service. If a client is caught misusing the demo plan, such as creating fake accounts, providing false client data, broadcasting illegal content, or misuse in general, the account will be deleted.

XII.- AVAILABLE MEDIA

STREAMINGHD will keep the following means of communication available in case the client wishes to get in touch with our company: Landline Phone, WhatsApp Number, Corporate Emails, Contact Form, and Support Ticket. In case any of these don't work, the client should use a different means of communication.

XIII.- CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

The customer declares to have carefully read this article and states to be fully acquainted with the terms and conditions of the stipulated and contracted service.
