(“STREAMINGHD”, “Company”, “we” or “us”), including in relation to the STREAMINGHD online services available at streaminghd.cl, sthd.cl, oracle.streaminghd.cl, audio.streaminghd.cl or any other website or application where this Policy is posted (collectively, the site”). The Policy also describes how we collect information through the tools, software development kits (“SDKs”) and application programming interfaces (“APIs”) available on the Site or otherwise by STREAMINGHD (collectively, the "Tools"). The Site and Tools are together called our “Service.” By accessing or using our Service, you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect information from or about people who visit our Site, or who are our direct customers, and, where our customer is a business entity, people who are employees, agents and other representatives of our customer. These individuals are referred to as “you” throughout this Privacy Policy. 1. Collection of Personal Information and Other Information.


Generally. We collect personal information from our users and visitors to our Site. We collect and store the following personal information that you enter using our Service (sthd.cl) when you register or register an account: email address, first and last name. company name. When you arrive at our business site (streaminghd.cl) and request contact, we collect the following information: first name, last name, email, company name, company title, country and company website. Use of cookies and other technologies to collect information. We also automatically collect information about you and any computer or device you use to access the Site. Mobile device information. When you access the Site with a mobile device, we may collect and store a unique identifier associated with your device (including, but not limited to, a UUID, a unique ID for advertisers (“IDFA”), a Google Ads or Google Advertising ID. Windows ID), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, and mobile device operating system make and model.
Information collected by third parties. When you visit or use the Service, third parties may obtain information about you or your computer or device. These third parties may include: Service Providers. We may use service providers to assist us with the Service or any other legal activities we may conduct, including the other activities we describe in this Policy. This means that service providers may collect, process and store any information we may collect under the Policy, and information collected in connection with the Service may be collected directly by our service providers. For example, we may use payment services to help us collect and process payment information. Third Party Tracking. 5. Access and Correction of Personal Information


If you have registered for an account with the Service, we may provide you with the ability to access, review and change certain personal information by logging into the Service, visiting your account page, and using the features and functionality available there. Not all personal information is maintained in a format that you can access or modify. If you wish to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, you can send us your request to contacto@streaminghd.cl. We will review your request and may ask you to provide additional identifying information, but we do not promise that we will be able to satisfy your request. For example, personal information may already have been relied upon, acted upon, or disclosed to third parties, and we generally do not take steps (or have the ability to take steps) to undo prior reliance or actions. We may also not honor a request to change information if we believe that the change would violate any law or legal requirement, would cause the information to be incorrect, or would be burdensome in our sole discretion.


6. Information About Using Apis And Tools

In the course of providing the Tools and Service to our customers, we may collect analytics or other data through the use of APIs (“Analytics Data”). The APIs and portions of the Tools are designed to be compatible with or integrated into websites and applications that offer video content, allowing you to play Content or collect Analytics Data. Analytics data may include information about customer end users viewing video content, such as IP addresses, cookie information, unique device identifiers, details about the video content viewed, computer or device information, software information, or technology used to watch videos, interactions with video content (for example, when the user starts watching, when they click “pause”, when they skip an ad, etc.), and information from publishers and distributors of video content (e.g. user ID). User content and analytics data are owned and controlled by our clients. We collect and process User Content and Analytics Data solely to provide our Service to our customers, to maintain and improve our Service, and as permitted by our agreement with our Customers. We may share User Content and Analytics Data as described in Section 3 above and as directed or permitted by our Customers. We do not use User Content or Analytics Data for our own advertising or marketing purposes, nor do we disclose such data to third parties other than those described in Section 3 above or as directed by our Clients, except to the extent the Data analytics have been aggregated and/or anonymized in a way designed not to identify our client or its end users. The relevant client will have its own privacy policy that will describe its collection and use of information collected through the Tools. This Policy is not intended to describe the privacy practices of any third party website or service or our customers' use of the Tools.


7. Security and Storage of Information.


We take what we believe are commercially reasonable measures to help protect the personal information we collect, but we do not guarantee that personal information will be completely protected. For example, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Any transmission of personal information by you is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumventing any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site, including illegal acts of third parties (such as criminal hacking). The security and protection of your information also depends on you. Where we have provided you (or where you have chosen) account credentials (for example, usernames or passwords) to access certain parts of the Site or Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials. Do not give your credentials to anyone else. If you enter a section of the Service that requires a password, you must log out when you exit. We tend to retain personal information for as long as we deem necessary for our business purposes, or as necessary to operate the Service, fulfill your requests, or comply with applicable law.

9. People Under 13 Years Old.


We do not direct our Site or Service to children under 13 years of age. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent or the legal authority required by applicable privacy laws, we will delete that information as soon as possible. as possible. 10. Links To Third Party Websites.

The Service may contain links to and from third-party websites of our business partners, advertisers, social media sites and campaign sponsors, and our users may post links to third-party websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility for their policies. Please check individual policies before submitting any information to those websites.


11. Use of Third Party Credentials

The Service may request third-party credentials to provide specific features, depending on the case we request:



1.- Facebook Credentials: To forward a live broadcast from our platform to Facebook, the user must grant access to our platform. These credentials will be used for the sole purpose of sending a live stream to Facebook and no data will be stored for other uses. 



2.- Google / Youtube Credentials: To upload videos from our platform to Youtube, the user must grant access to the Youtube API within the Platform Administrator. These credentials will be used for the sole purpose of uploading videos to YouTube and managing their metadata, and will be immediately removed from our database when the “unlink” option is used.



3.- Zoom Credentials: To upload recorded videos from Zoom to the STREAMINGHD platform or transmit the live feed of a Zoom meeting, the user must grant access to the Zoom API within the Platform Administrator. These credentials will be used for the sole purpose of uploading Zoom videos to STREAMINGHD or sending the live Zoom video to STREAMINGHD, and will be immediately removed from our database when the “unlink” option is used.



12. Updates To This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “last modified” date above and post the updated Policy on this page. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. Continuing to use our Services after we post changes to this Privacy Policy means you accept the changes.
